Flamingo Beach Resort - Adults Recommended
The hotel was very nice, and the beds were very comfortable with new mattresses. The food was good with lots of choice. The entertainment in the evening was great. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. We added our daughter onto our booking at the last minute and she slept on the sofabed in our suite, the hotel were very good about this. I was also impressed with the surprise bubbly and chocolates for my birthday; a really nice touch.

A dining chair needed repair and within an hour it was replaced after talking to the receptionist. Our first night we were very cold in bed and the following morning we asked for a duvet each and again within a short time, the duvets were left in our room. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and were always on hand if you needed anything. The restaurant staff even reserved a table for us for the length of our stay as I was using a stroller/walker.

I have been coming to Benidorm for almost 40 years and this is probably the best hotel I have stayed in..Although it's a little far out the suite I had was huge..spotlessly clean...the food was good..the all inclusive was limitless but what makes this hotel so good is the amazing staff..they really can not do enough for you..im coming back as soon as I can...value for money this hotel is unbeatable.
